Communications Process

MUD 370 provides services for residents of Lakes on Eldridge North, Villages at Lakepointe and Nanaksar Colony for residential water, sewer, trash & recycling services. In addition, it maintains the communities’ storm sewers, fire hydrants, detention pond bulkheads and maintenance of Turkey Creek. Please note that MUD 370 is not affiliated with your homeowners association. If you have a question or concern for your homeowner’s association, please contact them directly.

MUD 370 utilizes the following methods to provide information to residents:

  • Text Alert System – This allows information to be sent directly to your mobile device. It is highly recommended that you sign up for this service if you have not already done so. Information on how to sign up for alerts can be found on the MUD 370 website.
  • MUD 370 Website – This is a relatively new service and will continue to be enhanced over time. Recommend that you review and bookmark. https://www.hcmud370.com/
  • NABR Network – MUD 370 works through your HOA to have information posted on NABR.
  • MUD 370 Meeting agenda and minutes of prior meeting are posted in designated areas in the communities and on MUD 370's website.
  • Monthly TNG Bill – Non-Urgent information is often posted as a message on monthly bills.

  • The District generally meets on the second Monday of each month at 12:00 p.m. at the offices of Schwartz Page & Harding L.L.P., 1300 Post Oak Blvd., Ste. 2500, Houston, Texas 77056. The Board of Directors invites all members of the public to attend its meetings.

  • It is requested that these methods of contact be followed so as to comply with the Texas Open Meetings act and allow issues to be heard by a quorum of Board Directors. Individual Directors should not be e-mailed or phoned.

  • Please do not contact the Board of Directors (or their families) at their homes or places of business.
