The Annual Meeting of the Members for the Lakes on Eldridge North CAI will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the LOEN Clubhouse located at: 12115 Catalina Shores Dr; Houston, TX, 77041 and will also be available for on-line viewing.
You are invited to a Zoom meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting will be to elect two (2) members to serve on the Board for a term of three (3) years.
At this time, we are asking for property owners who wish to have their names added to the proxy/ballot, for election to the LAKES ON ELDRIDGE NORTH CAI Board of Directors, please notify Associa – PMG Houston no later than the close of the business day Tuesday, August 31, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. Candidates must submit a resume by e-mail in a Word document format that shall not exceed 150 words, with word count tally included. A photo may be included in the resume document, if desired. Under the Association’s Amended and Restated By-laws, nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Candidate’s name and resumes received by the above date will be published in the notice of the annual meeting that will be mailed to all members. Resumes exceeding 150 words will be edited down.
In order for a member to be eligible to run for the Board of Directors, they must be an owner of record and cannot have been convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude within the last 20 years. In addition, no two (2) individuals living together in the same household may serve on the board together.
