UPDATE Posted Feb 17th
HCMUD 370 residents please be advised that the water plant is currently operating at 50% capacity. This is due to the West Houston Regional Water Authority not supplying surface water to any west Houston MUD plants. This will result in the district experiencing lower than normal water pressure.
Please note that the water is safe to drink and we do not fall under the Harris County Boil Water notice.
We do ask that you conserve as much water as possible.
Thank you for your patience during this time HCMUD 370

Good evening HCMUD 370 residents:
Under the current winter weather conditions you have been experiencing water outages throughout the early morning and afternoon. The HCMUD 370 water plant has been on emergency generator power. At this time we are experiencing mechanical issues with the plant generator. Therefore the district water system will not be functioning this evening. Repairs are scheduled for mid morning tomorrow or until ERCOT open the power grid and restores power to the water plant. Please know we understand this is an inconvenience and we are working to restore your water service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Please note that it is recommended to cut your water off at your PCO valve located on your water line where it enters your home. If you cannot find your cut off valve open your faucets and drain the water that is remaining in your line.
